This session will review the long-term intentional investment strategies of the Spartanburg County Public Libraries using an endowment model supporting collections, staff, facilities and programs. The session will provide a brief overview of the Libraries' goals and fundraising strategies. Attendees will learn about organizational needs assessment, donor identification, solicitation, investments, and administrative oversight.
